On April 21, 2026, the Access Centre at TUKE welcomed a visit from Ramon Blanco-Barrera, a representative of the partner institution within the Ulysseus Alliance – the University of Seville.
The head of the centre, Prof. Galajdová introduced the centre and its more than 25 years of experience at TUKE. She presented its development through examples of good practice, as well as its role since 2013 as a methodological, knowledge, and coordination centre supporting students with special needs in Slovakia. Together with colleagues, she also demonstrated the assistive technologies available at the centre, which help students with special needs successfully manage their studies.
This visit contributed to the dissemination of good practices and is expected to strengthen cooperation and support for students with special needs among the partner´s institutions of the Ulysseus Alliance.
